• "User" or "You" refers to the individual or organization accessing and using the Services.
• "Account" refers to the User's account with Manyika Media.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Services.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Account and password.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.

• Users may not use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Users may not engage in activities that compromise the security of our network or servers.
• Users may not use the Services to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content.
• Users may not use the Services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Users retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their content.
• By uploading content to our servers, Users grant Manyika Media a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, and distribute the content as necessary to provide the Services.

• Users must pay all fees associated with their Account in a timely manner.
• Manyika Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received.

• Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.
• Manyika Media may terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate Services if User violates these Terms of Use.

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
• Manyika Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

• In no event will Manyika Media be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.
• Manyika Media's liability for damages will be limited to the amount of fees paid by User to Manyika Media.

• These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Zimbabwe Arbitration Centre.

• Manyika Media reserves the right to modify or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use regularly for changes.
